Marie-Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from UQAM and has nearly 25 years of experience in the securities industry. Since joining National Bank Financial in 2000, she has held various roles in risk management, leveraging her industry knowledge, communication skills, and coaching abilities. Known for her leadership, authenticity, and team spirit, Marie-Pierre supports wealth management advisors in achieving their goals by helping them structure their teams and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
Maude Chapdelaine
Regional Administrative Manager
Maude Chapdelaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and brings more than 15 years of experience in operations management and human resources. She has developed recognized expertise in team development, process optimization, and operational excellence.
Since joining National Bank Financial Wealth Management in 2019, she has held various management roles before being appointed Regional Administrative Director for Montreal’s South Shore in 2024. Known for her collaborative leadership style and people-focused approach, she works with her team to streamline processes, optimize operations, and support advisory teams in achieving their objectives.

Simon Lemay
Senior Vice President, National Manager Quebec and Atlantic
Simon Lemay joined NBF in 2002 and is a Senior Vice President and National Manager, since 2018. He diligently works to refine NBFWM's vision and strategic plan while leading a strong sales culture and being the conduct of head office initiatives with our network of branches and employees. Simon's dedication enables him to cultivate strong partnerships with advisors and their teams, providing them with the best tools to effectively serve our clients.
Marilyn brings strong expertise in sales and business development, along with a well-established network across the Greater Toronto Area. She began her career at National Bank Investments in 2014, where she contributed to the sales and business development of investment products. She later joined the National Bank Independent Network as Sales Director, where she focused on promoting the independent model and driving new business growth for NBIN on a national scale. Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys discovering new restaurants and travelling.

So we offer our advisors all the independence that they are looking for, as well as the solidity and the scope of business of a large bank. Actually, we love the business of wealth management and we've done significant investments in the past few years to really make sure that our advisors have top tier tools and technology to give their clients an amazing experience. We believe that technology is there to empower and propel our advisors and not there to replace the human relationship. That is essential specifically because we know that money and finance is a subject that is very emotional. So we cannot just forget the human being behind it. We know that artificial intelligence technology, they're amazing tools that are going to be there to support our advisors, but they will never replace that human connection and the relationship that advisors have with their clients. We know that advisors, the most important thing for them are their clients, and that's why all of our decisions are based on what the client really needs. We actually have a lot of committees where we question our advisors. We get all the feedback from advisors to really take our decisions and what to improve based on what our advisors and our clients need. At NBF we really want our advisor to be the leader in his practice and to really make sure that he has everything he needs and that we're only there to support him so that he can provide to his clients and exceptional service.
