Little details that matter

I chose NBF because it felt right. I had interviews with other firms at the time and I decided to go with NBF. For one, the head offices in Montreal. Management is very approachable. They really believe in the relationship concept, which I didn't really feel elsewhere. And when they say relationship, they mean it's a relationship business and it starts from management and goes all the way to our clients. It's a win situation for for all parties, including the firm slash bank, management, the clients and the IA myself.  I chose because they gave me the support I needed to start off and start my career. I like how they think outside the box and they were able to provide all the tools I needed to be able to accompany my clients and grow my practice over time. And I'm staying with NBF because I like how it's a tight knit group and I like the fact that management and upper management are very accessible and very solution oriented. I like the fact that there's high integrity in the firm and I just have a blast working with with everyone here. I've experienced the whole process myself. 26 years with the same firm. My assistant's been with me for 18 years. That speaks volumes. We have excellent technology and we are a large firm, yet it doesn't feel so large from a from a relationship point perspective. I would say just take it. You'll be well rewarded in the long term if you're patient. We have all the tools in place. Excellent management. It's great to be close to head office in Montreal. You want to be challenged positively to grow and reach your maximum potential. Feel and have support and mostly you'll be part of a big team. Then NBF is the place to be.
