Styves Langlois holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Technology, and is a CIM® Certified Investment Manager. He has been with NBFWM since 2001 and is now responsible for the day-to-day management of advisors in the Montreal region, as well as their long-term growth. With his team members and in collaboration with head office, he manages the hiring of new resources, coaching and communicating ideas with wealth advisors, and supporting their growth and the evolution of their business models.

Mathieu Roy attended HEC Montréal and the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin, Ireland. He has been with NBFWM since 2008, and now supports wealth advisors in the Montreal region to help them remove barriers to success and build stronger teams. He also provides them with the tools and information they need to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.

Simon Lemay joined NBF in 2002 and has been the Senior Vice President and National Manager since 2018. He works diligently to continuously refine NBFWM’s strategic plans and ensure clear communication of head office initiatives with regional management teams. Simon's dedication enables him to cultivate strong partnerships with advisors and their teams, ensuring they have the best tools to serve our clients effectively.

Manel Guizani

Manel Guizani uses innovative methods to develop meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Starting as a financial advisor in 2010, Manel has been the Vice-President of Business Development in Quebec since 2021.
