Originally from Coaticook, in the Eastern Townships, Martin-Charles Plouffe, since he was young, plans to do business in the financial sector. He is married and has four children. He lives in Saint-Lambert.
Mr. Plouffe is a graduate of the “Université de Sherbrooke” where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance option).
In 1997, Mr. Plouffe received the Charles Pelletier Scholarship from the Quebec Institute of Financial Planning as he obtained the highest marks in Quebec, for the exam leading to Financial Planner.
In 2003, Mr. Plouffe received from the Canadian Securities Institute's (CSI), a Silver Medal as he obtained the second highest score in Canada for the “Méthodes de Gestion de Portefeuille” Examination leading him as a Portfolio Manager. . Mr. Plouffe is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
The Fellow of CSI (FCSI) represents the best skills and the highest honor in financial services in Canada.
