What brought us together is also what has kept us together, which is uncompromising dedication to servicing our clients.

As a result of our commitment to our clients, our team has paid special attention to the client experience and we have set ourselves up to ensure continuity of this experience through every aspect of our relationship. Our goal is to have deep and long-lasting relationships with each of our client families and we constantly look for opportunities to reinforce your trust in us.

Andrew started in the Financial Services Industry in 2001. In 2003 he became a Wealth Management Consultant with Wellington West Capital Inc. (now National Bank Financial). Business and Finance are a personal passion that he is grateful to share. He has an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has industry designations and qualifications through the Canadian Securities Course plus the Qualified Associate Financial Planner and Life License Qualification Program. He also holds a

Certificate in Advanced Investment Advice and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).

Outside of work Andrew is committed to community involvement in the Barrie community providing leadership, guidance and knowledge to various groups in the charitable sector. He just completed over 10 years of service to the board of the YMCA of Simcoe Muskoka. He has also been passionately involved with Gilda’s Club and acted on an advisory committee for the Season’s Centre for Grieving Children. Andrew lives in Barrie with his children Avery (14) and Henry (12). As a family they enjoy getting away on weekends to their family cottage in Muskoka and skiing the hills of Horseshoe.

Tim has worked as a Wealth Advisor for successful families in the greater Barrie community for over 26 years. Wealth Management Advisor is more than a job for Tim. It is a passion. “I enjoy working with families to develop a plan for their financial future and take pride in the fact that many of my clients have chosen to remain with me since day one”. 

Tim learned early the lessons of investing, saving for the future and the value of personal relationships having grown up on a farm near Barrie. These are the principles that have guided him through his career and personal life. Over the years, Tim has become more focused on researching and monitoring investments/strategies to ensure long term successful financial futures for families and their generations to come.

He spends personal time on the family farm with his wife Tami and his two daughters Claire (15) and Charlotte (13).

Jennifer Green

Jennifer assists Andrew and Tim with the successful implementation of each client’s Wealth Management Plan. She is responsible for all client administrative and communication needs and requirements.

Jennifer’s career in the investment industry began in 1990 with Regal Capital Planners. She joined Andrew and Tim in 2004. She has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conducts and Practices Handbook Course and the Professional Financial Planning Course in addition to numerous other Wealth

Management courses. She feels it is extremely important to keep up to date with the ongoing changes in the industry.

Jennifer and her husband Jeff live in Oro Medonte with their Golden Doodle “Griffin”. She is an active volunteer with Hospice Simcoe.

Trudy Trethewey

Trudy partners with Andrew and Tim in the implementation and follow up details for each personalized investment strategy. She coordinates client communication and cash flow management.

Trudy grew up with the investment industry at home and remembers when the Toronto Stock Exchange went public. “That was a big day in our house”. She formally joined the industry in 2012. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course plus the Conducts and Practices Handbook Course.

She lives In Angus with husband Keaton, son Owen (2) and daughter Sophia (1). When she is not in the office, you can usually find her enjoying time outside with their Golden Retriever “Dudley”.

Lourdes Viaes

Lou has been working in the Financial industry since 1998, working first at Edward Jones as a Branch Administrator in Barrie before going off on maternity leave for 3 years to raise her daughter. In 2007 she joined Wellington West Capital as a part time administrative assistant. In 2011 Wellington West became National Bank Financial and she became a full time Branch Office Assistant. She completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2016 with the goal of growing within the industry.

When she is not working with clients, she loves going on travel adventures with her husband and their 3 children. In her downtime she loves boating, reading and listening to music.
