Viola's Story

In over 25 years working in the field of wealth management, I have observed women becoming wealthier and wiser. Less common in previous generations, many of us have worked hard to accumulate our wealth independently from our spouses. While men and women are concerned about their post-retirement finances, I have observed that we as women experience unique realities. We find ourselves caring for our children nearing adulthood as well as for ageing parents, balancing a career, multi-generational family needs, and your own priorities like your health, wealth and lifestyle require women to be skilful and dedicated multitaskers. We have worked hard to earn our income, and we want to be sure we can prioritize everything that is important to us when we finally have time to slow down and enjoy it.

I have chosen to specialize in the distinct needs of women planning for retirement. Not only do I offer trust, knowledge, and expertise, I bring the wisdom of my own lived experience that parallels your own. I have dedicated my career to establishing my expertise in an industry still considered prominently male, and I am honoured to serve women who have also paved their own paths. I provide financial advice that takes into account all that you hold most important, and I take pride in being approachable and resourceful.

My Community & My Passions

Being involved in my community is one of my passions. I actively volunteer with the following organizations:

  • Guest speaker at local community groups such as the Sidney SingleSeniors
  • Member of the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce

I am also passionate about staying active by strength training, running and hiking all year round. In the summer months I take advantage of all that our beautiful corner of the world has to offer like gardening, cycling, tennis and beachcombing. In 2013 I was proud to represent the Sidney branch in the National Bank Financial ride for youth, cycling from Victoria to White Rock with one of my sons.
