As the senior advisor of the Riedl Group, John oversees a team of five dedicated investment professionals who manage over $300 million in investable assets. John joins National Bank Financial with over 25 years experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining National Bank Financial in 2020, John worked as a Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager with a major bank owned investment firm. John started his career as an analyst and sales associate at one of Canada’s most respected institutional brokerage firms. John holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and the Canadian Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
John and his wife, Victoria live in the Danforth area of Toronto and are the proud parents of fifteen-year-old Sophie, an avid dancer, sailor and alpine ski racer.
