Throughout the year, we place great importance on supporting causes and organizations that are close to our hearts, as well as those of many of our clients and friends.
We believe that social engagement goes far beyond financial contributions. It also involves giving our time, being actively involved in the field, and having meaningful encounters with people whose realities can sometimes be difficult, but are profoundly human and inspiring.

Since July 2024, we have been volunteering a few times a month at the Saint-Michael’s Mission, located just a few minutes’ walk from our Place Ville-Marie office. This organization supports disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the very heart of downtown Montréal by providing meals, hygiene services, and clothing, as well as a place to rest during the day.
Psychosocial professionals are also on site to support them in their reintegration process, helping with everything from administrative paperwork, job searches, access to temporary housing, and conflict resolution, to providing support for those experiencing psychological distress.
This experience is made possible thanks to an exceptional team of volunteers — always welcoming and committed — as well as a big -hearted leadership team that sets the tone with energy, kindness, and rigor.
Specifically, the organization assigns us a variety of tasks depending on their needs at the time, but we always take part in meal service — whether by making sandwiches for lunch or cutting fruit and vegetables for dinner. We also help clients choose food items at the market, assist with organizing the warehouses, and sort clothing and various supplies.
