Our prerequisites

  • Completed college diploma in a field related to the industry
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant area such as banking operations, customer service, or an administrative role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (an asset)
  • Spoken and written languages: French and English
