- You can easily access your statements through your financial institution’s online platform.
- Navigate to the DOCUMENTS tab, then select PORTFOLIO STATEMENTS.
- Upload or send us the most recent version.
Steps to transfer an investment account
- Preparation of account opening documents with the Du Sault Group.
- Preparation of the required forms, including transfer forms (e.g., T2033).
- Verification of the conditions of the relinquishing account (some assets may be non-transferable before maturity).
- Signing of documents in person or via DocuSign, according to your preference.
- Submission of the transfer request to the relinquishing institution.
- Diligent follow-up and confirmation of receipt of funds.
Reimbursement of transfer fees
Once the transfer is completed, we will automatically reimburse the
fees charged by the relinquishing institution.
