Several members of our team are involved in the community and sit on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations.
I'm a director of the foundation of Centre Hospitalier de
Granby.
The Foundation's mission is simple, but very important:
To take care of our world.
Everyone will one day have health
care needs, and the Foundation helps to improve the services offered
in our region.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation Je Pars du Bon Pied, I attend meetings to give ideas, opinions and a helping hand in setting up fund-raising events. The Foundation's objective is to provide shoes, boots and winter clothing to children from underprivileged families. I'll also be taking part in distribution to Granby-area schools.
Since 2008, I have been involved on the Board of Directors of the Carrefour pour Elle Foundation. The foundation was created in 1986 and its mandate is to financially support the maintenance and development of the services offered by the Carrefour pour Elle shelter. The shelter opened its doors in 1975 and is the first women’s shelter in Quebec for women and children who are victims of domestic violence. Even today, it remains essential to offer these women a place where they can feel safe.
As the Chair of the Board of Directors of La Maison Hébergement Transitoire en Santé Mentale, I am deeply committed to supporting a mission that is essential to our community. For more than 30 years, the organization has offered a warm, safe, and structured living environment for adults facing mental health challenges, helping them move toward greater autonomy and sustainable social reintegration.
