Douglas has over 30 years experience in the investment industry and as a discretionary Portfolio Manager working exclusively with private investors and their families for the last 25 years.
Douglas is a graduate of The University of Toronto in Commerce and Economics and has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 1993. He believes that careful planning and working closely with each client is integral to the investment process and in achieving his client’s financial success. He provides a highly personalized service applying a holistic, wealth management, approach that leverages both internal and external expertise in estate, retirement and tax planning.
Douglas and his family recently moved from Toronto to The Blue Mountains where they appreciate the unique mix of a recreational destination with a traditional small-town community. They enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that includes skiing and golfing as well as racket and equestrian sports.
