CRA has revamped its services - Here's what to expect
Last year, I had clients and accountants tell me about the long wait times and difficulty getting answers from the CRA during tax season. CRA has made several improvements this year, from simplifying access to CRA accounts when locked out, launching a new AI chatbot and of course, the much needed, hiring an additonal 1,500 call centre workers.
Tax Time
Just a reminder that companies have until March 31st to upload or mail out their tax slips. If you have selected tax slips online, login at www.nbfwm.ca, select Documents and choose Tax Slips from the dropdown menu.

March Break Ideas
For those of you with school aged children who have not planned a trip, here is a list of some things to do around in Ontario. Some of them you will already know about, like Toronto destinations like Ripley's Aquarium or the AGO, but I didn't know that the Ontario Science Centre opened a satellite location at Harbourfront. And Lumiere, the light show at Ontario Place looks like a great family activity.
