I began my career at ScotiaMcLeod Inc where I practiced my profession for ten years. During this time I held a number of positions beginning with Marketing Assistant leading to Wealth Advisor. I also received my accreditation by the Canadian Securities Institute and attained my Financial Planning Designation (PFP) in 2005. Currently I am working towards my Portfolio Management Designation. In 2006, I left ScotiaMcLeod with Fred J. Negus to open Canaccord’s first London Ontario branch. After eighteen months we grew the Canaccord London Branch from two employees to fourteen and accumulated over $300 million in AUM.
After six years with the firm we moved our practice to National Bank Financial. We specialize in working with clients to help them determine their true goals and needs. Our extensive discovery process helps clients “and us” develop a sound understanding of their purposes for investing which serves as the basis for building their ongoing investment program. Our goals based approach allows us to clearly define how the portfolio should be constructed in order to support the client’s lifestyle choices. This in turn provides Peace of Mind for our clients: Our top priority. Our method is GOAL-BASED VALUE INVESTING: We know that once we get the client’s goals right, we will get their portfolio right.
Above all what I greatly enjoy doing is talking with people and hearing their stories. I have a strong belief in families and I am dedicated to helping them achieve their personal and family goals.
