Hello and welcome to this informative capsule. Let’s take a look together at how to subscribe to the electronic document service and view the various documents available to you. First, you need to go to the Profile and Preferences section to confirm your delivery preferences. By clicking on “Documents,” you will have the option, with a single click, to choose to receive everything online through your brokerage account or by mail. If you wish, you can also select the specific documents you prefer to receive electronically. It is important to note that, to benefit from reduced pricing, all documents must be delivered electronically. In addition, please note that the delivery preference for your tax slips can only be changed to paper format and received by mail after the tax season. To receive a notification that a new electronic document is available, you need to click on this icon. You can then enter the email address where you want to receive the notification. Once your address is saved, you must return to the Documents section to activate the notification as shown. Now let’s see how to view the different documents. In the Documents section, you will find five different tabs: portfolio statements, trade confirmations, tax slips, fund overviews, and communications. In the first three sections, filters are available to help you quickly find the document you are looking for. For example, in the Portfolio Statements section, you will be able to view portfolio statements and their annual reports for a specific date. By clicking on the document of your choice, you can view it, print it, or save it to your computer. Note that from the date you opt for electronic documents, you will have access to all documents, as we keep them for seven years. For trade confirmations, the dynamic filter is slightly different: you can change the default period, which is three months, choose the type of transaction, the market where the transaction took place, the type of product traded, and the symbol in question if necessary. The link then allows you to display the document. The last section offering filters is the one for tax slips. To view them, you can also choose the type of document and the period, as shown in the drop-down menus. For any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Welcome to this video capsule on how to customize your profile and choose your login preferences on the National Bank Financial online services platform. First, click on your name at the top right to access the Profile and Preferences section. This section allows you to perform several actions such as changing your password, updating your security questions, managing your email addresses to receive notifications, choosing the delivery method for your documents, and completing your user agreements. For more information on these topics, feel free to watch our other videos. Now, let’s see how to customize your profile using the following three functions: rename your roots, choose your preferred login page, and set your default displayed accounts. By clicking on “Accounts,” you will see the roots associated with your user code. This section allows you to rename your roots and quickly differentiate them according to your preferred method. Next, click on the pencil icon for the accounts, choose the name you want to assign to your root, enter it in the dedicated space, then click “OK.” You will also notice that if you have more than one root, you can change the display order of the accounts associated with your user code across the platform by holding down your left click and repositioning your root. Now close the Profile and Preferences page by clicking the “X” at the top right. You can see that the label has been added according to your instructions. If you had changed the display order of your accounts, you would also see this change applied. Let’s return to the Profile and Preferences section and see how to choose your preferred default page and set the accounts you want to see when starting a new session of your online services. First, click on “Login Preferences.” In the drop-down menu under “Choose your preferred page,” select the page of your choice. For example, by choosing “Assets” as your preferred page, you will now land on this page when you log in to the platform. Now let’s modify the default accounts, still from the Login Preferences section. This time, in the drop-down menu under “Default accounts at login,” make your selection. For example, you can choose to view only your U.S. dollar accounts. By selecting this group of accounts, they will be pre-checked each time you log in. Back on the platform, you can see that you land on the “Assets” page and that three accounts are preselected in my personal view: these are indeed the three U.S. dollar accounts. This concludes the video on how to customize your profile and choose your login preferences on the National Bank Financial online services platform.

Enter your first name, last name, email address, then create a password and confirm it. Next, click the button to submit your information. You will receive a confirmation email. Go back to your inbox to retrieve the confirmation. Remember, it may also be in your junk mail folder. Once you find it, open it. Click on “Confirm Email.” You will be automatically redirected to the Box homepage. You are now on the Box homepage. You can navigate the platform by clicking on the different options. For example, if you want to access the folder that was shared with you, simply double-click its title. You will then be able to see the files that have been placed in the shared folder. To view one of them, just double-click the title. If you want to save a copy, click on the three dots at the top right and select “Download.” To upload a document, make sure you are in the shared folder. Then click on “New” and “Upload Files.” Select the file you want to upload and add it. When the file is fully uploaded, it will appear in the folder.
